bremen online services GmbH & Co. KG (bos KG) is a leading provider of IT-solutions for secure and legally binding online transport, signature and encryption of electronic data within e-government, e-justice and e-business. Among the well-established security middleware Governikus and Governikus Signer the products of bos KG provide solutions for Identity Management, long-term storage for digital records etc.

The core product Governikus is in use within the German e-government and in other European countries. Governikus conforms to OSCI, is evaluated in accordance with Common Criteria and certified to fulfil the requirements of German Signature Law and other international standards.

Situated at Bremen’s Technology Park bos KG was founded in 1999, has 95 employees and operates successfully in Germany and Europe.

Outward Security

Our products represent our effort to meet the highest security demands! This is certified regularly by independent institutions, e.g. the evaluation regarding Comm Criteria, or the confirmation after the German Signature Law or after technical regulations. The certificates can be found here.

Security is our daily business. That is why we have a security system for controlled access to the company building. Furthermore, all our employees have committed themselves to a security policy. This policy protects our business data and know-how from unauthorised access.

Needless to say that confidential electronic communication does not happen via e-mail but via our product, the communication software Governikus Communicator for decryption and secure data transfer.
